Security Diagnostics
Analysis of firewall and VPN behavior to identify blocked traffic, policy conflicts, inspection issues, and unintended enforcement.
$1,495.00
All engagements are paid in advance. Payment confirms scope, secures analysis time, and initiates the engagement. Sensitive technical details are not collected prior to payment.
You receive a written analysis report outlining observed behavior, findings, and actionable recommendations. Reports are designed to support remediation by your internal team or service provider.
Analysis is performed using evidence-based diagnostic methods focused on identifying root cause. This may include network traffic inspection, endpoint behavior analysis, and security control evaluation.
After payment, you receive secure instructions for submitting packet captures, logs, or access details if required. Data is transferred and analyzed on a dedicated offline analysis system.
Choose the diagnostic service that best matches the issue you’re experiencing: Network Diagnostics, Endpoint Diagnostics, or Security Diagnostics. Each service is scoped to identify root cause and provide clear technical findings.
If work has not yet begun, the customer may request a full refund.
If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed, at Cytek Services LLC’s discretion.
Work is considered to have begun once any of the following occur:
Review of customer-provided data
Analysis of packet captures or system information
Preparation of findings, notes, or reports related to the engagement
If provided data is unusable or insufficient, Packet Analysis Lab may request additional data or propose a revised scope. This does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Our goal is to ensure customers receive fair value for the work performed. Partial refunds, when applicable, reflect the effort, time, and expertise already applied to the engagement.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing
[email protected]
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Customers are encouraged to contact Cytek Services LLC directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and future engagements.
