    Is this managed IT or ongoing support?

    No. We provide diagnostic and advisory services only. Engagements are scoped to investigation and analysis, not continuous monitoring, managed IT, or helpdesk support.

    When do I upload packet captures or technical data?

    Data is uploaded after payment using secure transfer methods. Sensitive technical details are not collected through public forms.

    Do you require credentials or IP information upfront?

    No. Credentials, IP details, or sensitive access information are requested only after payment and only when required for the engagement.

    Is analysis performed remotely?

    Yes. Remote analysis is the primary engagement model and is available nationwide.

    Do you offer on-site troubleshooting?

    On-site network troubleshooting is available within the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area when physical access is required and has been agreed upon as part of the engagement.

    What deliverables will I receive?

    You will receive a written analysis report outlining observed behavior, findings, and actionable recommendations. Reports are intended to support remediation by your internal team or service provider.

    How long does analysis take?

    Turnaround time depends on scope, data size, and selected service options. Standard delivery timelines are communicated at purchase. Priority delivery may be available.

    Do you retain customer data?

    No. Customer-provided data is analyzed on an offline system and securely deleted immediately after project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For protected data engagements, encrypted removable media may be used and permanently destroyed upon request or completion.

    Do you offer refunds?

    If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be requested. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed, at Cytek Services LLC’s discretion. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

    Do you sign NDAs?

    Yes. Non-disclosure agreements are supported and can be executed prior to data exchange upon request.

    Can you fix the issue directly?

    Our role is to diagnose and identify root cause. Remediation guidance is provided, but implementation is typically handled by your internal team or service provider unless otherwise agreed.

    Refund Policy

    1. Refund Eligibility

    If work has not yet begun, the customer may request a full refund.

    If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed, at Cytek Services LLC’s discretion.

    2. Work Commencement

    Work is considered to have begun once any of the following occur:

    • Review of customer-provided data

    • Analysis of packet captures or system information

    • Preparation of findings, notes, or reports related to the engagement

    3. Data Quality Issues

    If provided data is unusable or insufficient, Packet Analysis Lab may request additional data or propose a revised scope. This does not automatically qualify for a refund.

    4. Fair Value Commitment

    Our goal is to ensure customers receive fair value for the work performed. Partial refunds, when applicable, reflect the effort, time, and expertise already applied to the engagement.

    5. Refund Requests

    6. Chargebacks

    • When required to process payments through secure third-party payment processors

    • When required by law or legal process

    Third-party providers receive only the minimum information necessary to perform their function

    Cytek Services LLC provides diagnostic, analytical, and advisory services related to network traffic, endpoint behavior, and security controls. Services are investigative in nature and do not constitute managed IT, continuous monitoring, or guaranteed remediation.

    2. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate and complete data required for analysis

    • Ensuring they have authorization to share packet captures and system data

    • Implementing recommendations at their discretion

    3. Payment Terms

    All services require payment in advance. Work does not begin until payment is received and confirmed.

    4. Data Handling and Confidentiality

    Client data is transferred to and analyzed on a dedicated offline analysis system. Data is used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed engagement and is not reused, shared, or disclosed to third parties.

    All customer-provided data, including packet captures and related materials, is securely deleted immediately after project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Temporary files and analysis artifacts are removed as part of the completion process.

    For engagements involving protected, sensitive, or regulated data, customer data may be stored on encrypted removable media for the duration of the analysis when requested or required. Upon project completion or upon written request by the customer, all data will be securely deleted from the removable media, and the removable media will be permanently destroyed.

    7. Intellectual Property
